1What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Cookies let a site remember things between page loads and visits — that you’ve dismissed a banner, what you typed in a form, how you found the site.
Related technologies work similarly and are covered by this policy: pixels, local storage, and similar identifiers.
2Why we use them
We use cookies to:
- Make the Site function — page navigation, form submission, security
- Remember your cookie choices so we don’t ask on every page
- Remember accessibility settings you choose (see Section 7)
- Understand in aggregate how the Site is used, so we can improve it
- Measure whether our own outreach brings people to the Site
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you, we do not sell information collected through cookies, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The same commitments appear in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
3Cookies we use
Cookies on this site are grouped into the four categories our consent tool uses. The tool scans the Site and sorts each cookie it finds into one of them; we review the sorting.
| Category | What it does | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Core functionality — page delivery, security, load balancing, form submission, and the record of your consent choice. Set by WordPress, Pressable and Jetpack (hosting and security), Cloudflare (traffic filtering, e.g. __cf_bm), Google reCAPTCHA on our forms, WooCommerce (cart and session cookies such as woocommerce_cart_hash and wp_woocommerce_session_*, set only when you use the store), and the consent tool itself. | No. The Site does not work without these, and consent isn’t required for them. |
| Functional | Remembers choices you make — previously entered form details, and the accessibility settings described in Section 7. | Yes |
| Analytics | Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — aggregate statistics such as pages viewed, time on site, referral source, device type. Helps us see which pages are useful. Not set until you allow this category. | Yes |
| Advertising | HubSpot tracking cookies (hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc) connect your visits to your record in our customer system so we can see how an inquiry found us. We do not run third-party advertising on this site. Not set until you allow this category. | Yes |
4How consent works on this site
Our cookie banner is provided by Elementor Cookie Consent and runs from our own site — it loads no outside scripts of its own. When you first visit, only necessary cookies are set. The banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose by category, and nothing in the functional, analytics, or advertising categories runs until you allow it.
Your record of consent. The tool keeps a timestamped record of the choice you made, so we can show what you agreed to if asked. That record is kept for the period stated in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy and is not used for any other purpose.
Changing your mind. Use the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer, or the small cookie icon on the page, to reopen the banner and change any category at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done while consent was in place.
Browser privacy signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, the consent tool treats it as an opt-out of the non-necessary categories.
5Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use rather than by us directly:
- Cloudflare — filters traffic before it reaches the Site and sets a short-lived bot-protection cookie. Necessary.
- Pressable and Jetpack — host and secure the Site. Necessary.
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from automated abuse. It runs when a form loads and sends interaction signals to Google; the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Necessary for the forms to work.
- Google Analytics — analytics category; blocked until you allow it. We have Google Consent Mode enabled so Google honors your choice.
- HubSpot — advertising category; blocked until you allow it. Our contact forms may still send what you type to HubSpot, because that is how we receive your message; that is not a cookie and does not depend on this category.
- Trustpilot — the review widget loads from Trustpilot on pages that show our reviews. Trustpilot reports that the widget itself sets no cookies, but Trustpilot receives your IP address and browser details when it loads, under Trustpilot’s privacy policy.
- WooCommerce — our store software. Its cookies are necessary and appear only when you add something to a cart or check out; they hold no payment information.
Those providers receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies, and we do not control what they do with it. Fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.
6Managing cookies
On this site. Use the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer to review and change your choices at any time.
In your browser. All major browsers let you block or delete cookies:
- Safari — Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security (iOS), or Safari → Settings → Privacy (Mac)
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
A caution: blocking all cookies, including necessary ones, will break parts of this and most other websites. Blocking only third-party cookies is usually the better setting.
7Accessibility settings
If you use the accessibility menu — the button on the edge of every page — to change contrast, text size, line height, or similar, the Elementor Web Accessibility tool saves those choices in your browser’s local storage so they apply on your next visit. They stay on your device and are not sent to us. Reset them in the accessibility menu, or clear your browser’s site data, to remove them. See our Accessibility page for what the menu offers.
8Changes
We may update this policy as the Site or our tools change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. If we add a category or a new third-party service, the banner will ask for your choice again.
